Blogger is a tool where you can express your passion, hobbies, or simply share your thoughts, or any topic under the sun then tell it to the world. Although it has limited plug-ins unlike Wordpress (which has a lot), for me Blogger is still perfect for those who are just starting to share their passion online because it is free!
